Knowsy

Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Knowsy. By playing, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 13. Knowsy contains no alcohol, tobacco or drug content of any kind, but some cards deal with relationships and embarrassment in ways aimed at teenagers and adults rather than young children.

2. Your account

Accounts are anonymous — there is no password to lose. That also means an account lives on the device that created it. If you delete the app without linking an identity, we have no way to prove a new install is you, and the old account cannot be recovered.

3. Subscriptions

Knowsy is free to start, with one full deck in each room. A subscription unlocks the rest. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, are billed by Apple or Google rather than by us, and are managed and cancelled in your app store account — not here. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

If a payment fails, we do not cut you off immediately. Cards decline for reasons that have nothing to do with wanting to keep playing, so access continues through the retry window your store provides, and we tell you inside the app so you can fix it.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

4. Playing fairly

Do not use Knowsy to harass anyone, and do not try to reach other players’ data or break the game’s limits. Squads are groups of people who chose each other; keep them that way.

5. The cards

The card content is ours and is licensed to you for playing the game, not for republishing. If a card is wrong, cruel or broken, report it from inside the app — content is updated server-side, so a bad card can be removed in minutes without an app update.

6. Availability

Party works offline by design. The rest needs a connection, and we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue something you are paying for, you can cancel.

7. Liability

Knowsy is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited — including consumer rights in Mexico, Brazil and elsewhere.

8. Changes

If these terms change materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
